When to Arrive:
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete an intake form for new clients; grab a sip of water or tea, use the restroom; and to relax. Please note, late arrival will be charged in full for the reserved time; and services may be cut short to maintain my schedule for my next client. I respect your valued time; I, in return, request that you respect mine.

Payment:
Currently, I am accepting; cash, Venmo or Zelle. If paying with a check please be prepared to show a valid ID. Returned checks will result in a $25 fee.

Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment is very important and the time has been reserved especially for you. I understand schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary and I respectfully request 24 Hour notice for all cancellations and rescheduling.

24 Hour Cancellation required. No Show appointments will be charged 100% of booked services. Under 24 Hour Cancellations will be charged 50% of booked services; if your appointment is rescheduled and provided within 7 days the remaining 50% will be charged. Repeat “No Show or Under 24 hour Cancellations” may require a pre-pay for rebooking.

You will receive a confirmation of your service appointments 24 hours prior to your appointment date via email or text. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates/times and avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees.
